We accept Visa, MC, and Amex for your convenience. All orders require full pre-payment.
Yes we will. There will be no trace of our name associated with your shipment and your address will appear in the return address. We use UPS only.
Normal Turnaround time is 10 working days, however we work as diligently as possible to get your orders out earlier. We also offer rush services for an additional fee, pending our production schedule.
We will only sell to distributors/resellers and we have several direct customers. You must have a valid tax id# to be qualified as a re-seller.
All of the garments received are counted in and matched up with your purchase order to make sure sizes and colors are also correct. If there are any discrepancies or damages you will be notified.
Any/All claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of garments. If we have incorrectly printed the wrong color, wrong location etc. we will reprint your order correctly. All garments must be in original condition and not used or washed if returning your garments. No printed garments can be returned unless we’ve made the mistake.
